WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
ORDER POLICY
All orders are subject to a minimum order of $130, for any orders placed under $130 your order will
not be placed.
Bush’s Meats deliver twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday.
Tuesday delivery: Orders need to be placed on Monday by 9am for Tuesday delivery.
Thursday delivery: Orders need to be placed on Wednesday by 9am for Thursday delivery.
We may use your personal phone number or email to contact you if we need to adjust or confirm
details about your order.

DELIVERY POLICY
When placing an order online for delivery, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
A text and/or email message will be sent on the morning of delivery with a timeframe for delivery.
Bush’s Meats takes no liability for the loss of any orders once they have been delivered. Should you
not be home, a driver will photograph the image for proof of delivery. It is the customers
responsibility to ensure there is a safe location where your delivery can be left.
Be mindful that our products are fresh and packaged accordingly, we will take no responsibility for
items left out in various weather conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is an
adequate location e.g. esky, for the product to be stored should no-one be home to take delivery.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments must be by credit or debit card or other methods listed on our checkout page.
All credit/debit card transactions performed on the website are through secured payment gateways.
All payment information collected is stored by third-party operators. Bush’s Meats do not hold any
credit/debit card details.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Bush’s Meats do not accept change of mind refunds or returns.
Should a product not be to quality standards or deemed unsafe for consumption we will offer a
replacement, refund or store credit. To be eligible we reserve the right to request photo evidence of
the product in original packaging. Please contact our customer service team on 1800 252 251 or
feedback@ajbush.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Missing Stock - if an item you have ordered is missing on your delivery, please contact us
immediately on day of delivery.
Cancelling an order- if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately 1800 252 251.
Any orders cancelled after the order cut-off time may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the order.
If an item is out of stock, we will call or email to offer an alternative product. If there is no
alternative product, we offer you a full refund for that product with refund returned to the payment
method used or issue you a store credit.

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

For all orders placed, where a customer is not part of our Loyalty Rewards Program, we will
automatically join them to the program. For more information click here.
