Beef Scotch Fillet Steak
"Hey everyone, Mick here. Here's my favourite way to cook the tastiest beef scotch fillet steak with just salt and pepper.
Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat it dry with paper towels. Season both sides with our salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a skillet with oil. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare (The best way).Let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
